My little pickle in the middle is 5 years old today! How did that happen?!!
 

 
My little B. bug is such a fun girl. As we were down in the studio taking these photos, she looked at some pictures on my wall and asked if one of the baby photos was her. It was, so I told her about how she was always such an easy baby to photograph and could never take a bad picture. She looked at me and said, “Oh, so that must be why you decided to keep me and not sell me!” Crazy kid. Oh, and by the way- she still cannot take a bad picture!

Two years ago today I was walking around at the Fargo downtown street fair hugely pregnant and 6 days overdue, and my water broke. Just a few hours later, my third baby girl was born! Hard to believe it’s been 2 years, and yet harder to remember what our family was like before our “babes” arrived. She is the source of much laughter and lots of fun in our house! Anyway, just thought I’d share some images I took of her this week…

Yep, she’s definitely two!!

Well, we’re back home from vacation and I have the flaky sunburned scalp, swimsuit tan lines, and empty wallet to prove it! Myrtle Beach was FABULOUS. It was nice and hot, and we got a good dose of sun, sand, and sea. I definitely could have stayed for another week or two!

Of course, I am not in any of these pictures- which is why I hired fabulous fellow professional photographer Kimberly Hill of Bliss Portraiture in Myrtle Beach for a family portrait session while we were there. 7 years ago today, my first baby was born. 7 years?! Hard to believe.
K. at seven:
- loves animals
- loves to draw
- especially loves to draw animals
- wants to be a zoologist when she grows up, specializing in designing zoo habitats
- is absolutely the sweetest kid ever

I love these shots I got of my 3 year old yesterday! Being the middle child, she sometimes needs some extra fun like dressing up in tutus and slurping on suckers. ; ) And with the nice weather we’ve been having, it’s always nice to step out of the studio and into the sun for a bit! (As seen on my Project 366 Flickr Photos, so some of you may be familiar with these already. ;0)

On another note, today I am in full “cooking” mode. No, not cooking in the kitchen. I try to avoid that as much as possible. : ) I am cooking up a few projects and plans that have been on my back burner for a while now. All fun and exciting things for my clients and of course their kids! So keep an eye out here for more announcements to come!

She was having a cute day today. You know how some days your kids are just so darn cute and funny and loveable you just can’t stand it?!? Of course there are a lot of the other kind of days too- the ones where they drive you nuts. So I took advantage of the cuteness today, and here is my own little Miss B in all her 3 year old glory!
